Take your muscles to their max with this hour long yoga class incorporating weights, long holds, and new poses to test your strength and stamina. Of course, weights are always optional, but this class will allow you to bring new challenges to your practice while building strong muscles and really feeling the burn. This flow may be slow, but be prepared to engage your muscles and ignite your fire!
