SCULPT TEACHER TRAINING
Sign up today to start the online and self-study component of SCULPT training!
SCULPT is our Pilates inspired mat class focused on strength and muscle engagement for an amazing workout.
REQUIREMENTS:
Take a minimum of 20 HYB SCULPT classes prior to training and a minimum of 5 during training.
Observe 3 HYB SCULPT classes and turn in observation forms.
Read and study the SCULPT Training Manual in detail.
Complete online SCULPT Teacher Training Modules on HYB@Home.
Watch and practice to SCULPT demo videos on HYB@Home.
Complete a 2.5 hour online Pilates Anatomy Course (additional cost of $15- $89 depending on coupon availability).
Attend 4 in-person SCULPT Training sessions.
Complete all assignments between each in-person training session; approximately 5 hours per week (20-30 hours total).
Practice teach on your own outside of training sessions until classes are seamless.

WHO CAN ATTEND?
Prior fitness certification or experience is recommended, but not necessary. Participants need to have an ability to motivate and coach others and the ability to choreograph high energy classes with an emphasis on alignment and safety.
HYB INSTRUCTOR QUALITIES:
Ability to motivate and inspire students while teaching an exceptional class focused on form.
Passion and love for The Hot Yoga Barre experience; flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs.
Accurate technique and demonstration of SCULPT moves.
Ability to research and choreograph inspiring and fun SCULPT classes.
Ability to cue moves in a clear, concise, direct manner using active language.
Ability to count music and choreograph unique warm-ups to music.
Practical knowledge of anatomy, movement, and exercise physiology.
