POWER YOGA (Set Sequence)
Our signature Hot Power Yoga set sequence class is designed to connect your mind and body. This is a vinyasa yoga class which connects movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures designed to promote strength, balance, and flexibility as we ebb and flow between effort and ease. The dynamic mix of sweat and surrender will take you to your edge and encourage you to reach your true potential. The same general sequence is followed each class with modifications and amplifications offered to allow students of all levels to be challenged and find their own personal edge together in the same class. Inspired by the Baptiste Journey Into Power sequence, this sweaty class is both challenging and accessible for all levels. We move quickly in the beginning of class so be prepared to flow! You will leave feeling inspired, empowered, and energized.

Our signature Hot Power Yoga set sequence class is designed to connect your mind and body. FLOW YOGA
Let’s flow! Our hot Flow Yoga is a vinyasa power yoga class which takes you through energetic and quick flowing sequences connecting breath and movement, with a dynamic mix of postures. We start strong with core work in this class and then move through standing flows, forward bends, twists, backbends, stretches, and a relaxing wind-down ending with savasana. Strengthen, detoxify, and rejuvenate your body and mind through movement, balance, and intention. This is a dynamic, fast moving, and energizing practice, which increases flexibility and strength on and off the mat. You don’t need to be an intense yogi or extremely flexible to take this class. We will meet you where you are and take you on a powerful journey!
FOR: Our hot Flow Yoga classes are open to all levels. However, this is a more challenging class and we recommend a basic understanding of yoga poses or 5 prior classes in the heat.

Let’s Flow! Our hot Flow Yoga class geared toward those who want to be in and out in less than an hour. Get what you need in 45 minutes! Strengthen, detoxify, and rejuvenate your body and mind through movement, balance, and intention. This is a dynamic, fast moving, and energizing practice, which increases flexibility and strength on and off the mat. You don’t need to be an intense yogi or extremely flexible to take this class. We will meet you where you are and take you on a powerful journey!

SLOW FLOW YOGA
Looking to slow your flow down, build more strength, and focus on alignment? Slow Flow Yoga provides you with more room to breathe with awareness, which helps regulate the nervous system and increase stability. In this class we focus on transitions from shape to shape and hold most poses for 3-5 breaths so you can find and explore your edge. We will emphasize linking breath to movement, moving mindfully, and grounding. This class has a slower pace and longer holds as we move through standing flows, balancing poses, back bends, forward bends, twists, core, and inversions. Just because this class is slow, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s easier. If you’re a Power/Flow Yoga junkie, check this class out and challenge your mind and body with longer holds!
FOR: Slow Flow Yoga is open to all levels. This class is good fit for those who are new to yoga, anyone wanting to take a flow class at a slower pace, or those looking to work on alignment. If you’re an experienced practitioner wanting to increase the intensity of this class, add some Bala weights!

FIRE GLOW (YOGA)
We’ll have you floating out of the studio with our Fire Glow yoga class! Half “fire” and half “glow”, we get the body heated up with flowing power vinyasa yoga followed by relaxing floor poses for the perfect combination of energy and restoration. In vinyasa power yoga, we connect movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures which promote strength, balance, and flexibility. In our floor series, we hold postures that target the tightness in your body and tension in your mind. This combination of power and relaxation ("Fire and Glow") will create balance and harmony within your body, mind, and soul.
FOR: Fire Glow is open to all levels. If you’re new to yoga, we recommend setting up in the back of the room and following along until you’re comfortable with the pace and poses in the standing flow part of class.

ZEN YOGA
Looking to increase flexibility, relax your body, and restore your mind? This blissful class is for you! Feel the stress melt away with deep stretches, restorative postures, intention setting, breath work, mindfulness, and a bit of meditation integrated into one calming and balancing experience. With a zen vibe, this class is ideal for releasing kinks and lengthening tight muscles. Your body will thank you after this class.
This is a slow-paced style of yoga done mostly on the ground with postures that are held for three-five minutes per pose to release fascia, improve joint mobility, increase circulation, and improve flexibility. This practice can be therapeutic for joint pain and is an amazing compliment to cardio workouts, running, cycling, flow-based yoga routines, other athletic pursuits, or overall joint and muscle stiffness. This class is beginner friendly and is perfect for anyone looking to bring more peace, mindfulness, balance, or flexibility into their lives. It is great for anyone dealing with stress and anxiety, chronic pain or health challenges, or anyone who is overwhelmed and in their heads too much. Let the chaos from your day drop away as we provide the perfect opportunity for you to slow down and relax.

HIIT THE BARRE
Our HIIT the Barre classes are so addicting you’ll want to feel the shake every day! Unlike other Barre workouts, ours is performed in a heated room and focuses on strengthening and toning with a kick of cardio to achieve results faster. Our Barre classes are a total body workout which incorporate planks, push-ups, core, arms, thighs, and glutes with 60 second low impact cardio bursts that will change your body and get results. This intense, but easy to follow class will have your muscles burning and your booty lifted. Our class format with cardio intervals in between Barre toning sets is based on HIIT (high intensity interval training) research and gives the maximum benefits in the shortest amount of time. BURN (HIIT)
BURN is a fusion of strength and cardio. Inspired by high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to increase endurance, strengthen your body, and torch calories, this class marries strength training with cardio intervals to achieve a balance of work and recovery. You will create lean, flexible muscles while igniting your cardiovascular system. A balance of strength and intensity, BURN will help you boost your metabolism while creating a stronger YOU - mindfully and physically! All cardio moves in this class are offered as low impact and you have the option to amplify.

SCULPT (Pilates based)
SCULPT is a 45 minute Pilates inspired workout focused on controlled movements which work your entire body. SCULPT is a low-impact, high-results toning workout with the fire of infrared heating panels. After warming up the body, we do 14 sets of intervals with 2 minutes of work each. SCULPT intervals include thigh, glute, core, arm, and posterior chain work. All moves in this class are slow and controlled to focus on engaging and burning out each muscle group. We will integrate props throughout class to increase the fire in your muscles. If you want to increase the intensity during this class, wear a set of Bala Bands on your wrists or ankles!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR WILLOW LAWN ONLY: This class will be held exclusively in our small studio. This is a small space and mats are very close. If you are uncomfortable with this, please enjoy our other class styles in the large studio!

MEN ON THE MAT YOGA - FREE CLASS
Men: Do you worry you’ll be the only man in a boutique studio? Are you intimidated to try hot yoga? Are you worried you’re not flexible enough? Do you not know where to start? Well, we are looking to demystify hot yoga for men! We hear these comments all the time, and truthfully our clients who have taken the most classes at the studio are men. Once they try it, they are hooked. We want to give you an opportunity to get into the studio and give hot yoga a shot!
We will be holding a FREE Men on the Mat class on Thursday’s at 7:45pm at our Willow Lawn location. This class will be exclusively for men. So, if you are a man or you know one… send them our way!
Men on the Mat is a Slow Flow Yoga class which will link breath to movement as we move through standing flows, balancing poses, back bends, forward bends, twists, core, and inversions. Yoga is a great compliment and enhancer to other athletic pursuits such as running, tennis, golf, biking, snowboarding, and weight lifting. Come find out how our infrared panels can help detoxify your body, intensify blood flow, and increase flexibility!

IMPORTANT INFO FOR MEN ON THE MAT: Men only; no experience necessary; please make sure you register on our website in advance and show up at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. We will not be able to accommodate anyone who shows up later or does not register in advance. You’ll need to bring a yoga mat, sweat towel, and water to all classes.
