Join us for a Yoga Triathlon! Enjoy 45 minutes of vinyasa yoga flow, followed by 30 minutes of Yin, and ending with a 15 minute guided meditation. This class will be full of fun flows and transitions leaving you with plenty of time to bliss out and recover at the end.
