Friday Happy Hour: Sweat + Self-Defense

It’s time to take this brawl to a new level! In this 75 minute class, your instructor Rachel (a second degree black belt in kempo karate) will take you through a thirty minute, high intensity karate-inspired BURN class to get your heart rate high and your blood pumping. After, you’ll partner up and learn basic self-defense moves to help keep you safe and feeling strong! Come prepared to kick, punch, and SWEAT!
