HYB SCULPT Teacher Training

SCULPT is a 45 minute Pilates inspired workout focused on controlled movements which work your entire body. SCULPT is a low-impact, high-results toning workout with the fire of infrared heating panels. After warming up the body, we do 14 sets of intervals with 2 minutes of work each.
