Connect with the energies of the lunar cycles through our Full Moon and New Moon classes. The full moon is a time to release the things that no longer serve a purpose in our lives while the new moon is a time to set intentions and ask the universe for things we’d like to come into our lives. Harness the power of the new moon on February 9, 2024. New moons represent an ‘auspicious’ time to set intentions and provide ourselves the chance to begin again by creating space for new energy and light in the next cycle. This class will begin with a brief mediation focused on intentions, followed by a slow flow including Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations) and finish with calming restorative poses.
