If you would like to participate in an Ice Bath on Saturday during our HYBirthday event at Cirrus Vodka (1603 Ownby Lane), please sign-up like you would for a normal class reservation and read all of the information below in detail.
WHAT DO I BRING?
Please make sure you bring a towel, socks, and a change of clothes with layers for afterwards.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
A bathing suit, sports bra, shorts, leggings, or t-shirts are all fine.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It’s free for our Birthday Celebration! Enjoy!
HOW LONG DO I STAY IN?
Recommended time is 2-3 minutes for the full benefits, but you can get out whenever you choose.
WHAT WILL THE WATER TEMPERATURE BE?
Between 50-59 degrees.

Ice baths are generally safe for everyone, but anyone with the following conditions should avoid ice baths:
Anyone with open wounds or recent surgery
Heart conditions
High blood pressure
Circulatory issues like peripheral vascular disease, as this can be exacerbated due to vasoconstriction
History of frostbite
Raynaud’s disease as it increases the perception of cold
