Friday Happy Hour: Flexibility and Deep Stretching

Join Zen Ben, Dr. Of Physical Therapy to learn more about the science and mechanics of deep stretching along with active mobility work and how to apply this to your body. In this class you’ll learn how to target and release hard to reach muscles and identify patterns that may be holding you back. When your body is tight and imbalanced, it creates work arounds that can lead to injuries and further imbalances. We’ll discuss methods to bring your body back into balance so that you can improve posture, avoid injuries, reduce pain, improve circulation, and increase performance in athletic pursuits. No matter what your goal is, improving your mobility will help!
