Leoni | Barre, SCULPT, Yoga

Leoni was born in Brazil and has lived and traveled to several countries. She is the mother of 2 sweet boys, loves life, and has learned that it is important to take care of her mind and body.

She began her Yoga journey in 2004 in Montreal, Canada where she took her first hot Yoga class. When she moved to Brazil in 2016, she decided to go deeper and completed her 500 YTT. She moved to the US in 2018 and completed a 200 YTT in Iowa where she started teaching different styles of Yoga. She later found her way to Virginia where she fell in love with Baptiste Power Yoga and she received a certification from the Baptiste Institute.

Building friendships and empowering her clients has always come naturally to Leoni. She is excited to share her journey and love for Yoga and wellness with the HYB community!
